LITTLE TREVOTHAN BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING CONDITIONS
- The person making the booking must be 18 years or over and is responsible for the booking and all members of their party.
- Only guests named on the booking may stay on the park.
- Bookings are non-transferable.
- Stag and hen parties are not accepted.
- Guest numbers must not exceed the maximum capacity of the pitch or accommodation booked.
Bookings can be made online, by phone or by email. Provisional bookings are held for up to 5 days pending deposit payment.
A booking becomes confirmed when we issue a booking confirmation summary. Please check your confirmation carefully and notify us of any errors within 7 days (or within 24 hours if your stay begins within 14 days).
2. PRICES & PAYMENTS
- A 30% deposit is required for bookings made more than 6 weeks before arrival.
- The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
- Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Prices include VAT at the current rate. Additional charges may apply for extras such as dogs, extra vehicles, awnings, gazebos or additional equipment.
3. CAMPING PITCH SIZES
Standard camping pitches measure 11m x 8m. Your tent, ropes, vehicle and equipment must fit within this space. If your setup is larger, two pitches must be booked.
4. AMENDMENTS TO BOOKINGS
If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Amendments are subject to availability, and any increase in price must be paid at the time of the change.
5. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Please inform us by 5pm if you expect to arrive after 7pm. Campers cannot arrive after 9pm.
If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of your expected arrival, we may release the booking without refund.
Departure Times
- Holiday caravans: 10:00am
- Camping and touring pitches: 10:30am
6. CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your booking at any time by notifying us. Refunds depend on how much notice is given:

A £30 cancellation fee per week (or part week) plus bank charges applies. Third-party booking commissions cannot be refunded.
We strongly recommend guests take out holiday insurance.
No refund will be given for early departure unless we are in serious breach of our obligations.
7. BEHAVIOUR ON THE PARK
Guests must behave in a courteous and respectful manner towards staff and other visitors.
You must ensure that:
- Children are supervised at all times
- Noise is kept to a reasonable level
- No damage or nuisance is caused
The following are not permitted on the park:
- Illegal drugs
- Weapons or firearms
- Fireworks or Chinese lanterns
- Criminal or antisocial behaviour
- Running a business from the park
Failure to follow these rules may result in termination of your booking and removal from the park without refund.
8. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
If unforeseeable, unavoidable events that prevent travel or park operation beyond our control prevents us from providing your holiday as booked, we may offer alternative dates, alternative accommodation/pitches, or a refund for unused days.
9. PARK RULES
Park Rules accompany these terms and may be updated from time to time for operational, safety or legal reasons. Guests must comply with the current rules in force during their stay.
10. COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint during your stay, please inform us immediately so we can try to resolve the issue. Complaints raised after departure may not be investigated.
