Our Cornwall holiday caravan season runs from 1st March to 31st December, offering the perfect base for everything from cosy spring breaks to sun-drenched summer holidays.
Here at Little Trevothan, all our static caravans are modern, double-glazed, and fully centrally heated ensuring your stay is warm and comfortable whatever the season. Choose from our beautifully maintained two and three-bedroom holiday caravans, perfectly sleeping four to six guests in comfortable double and twin rooms.
Each caravan comes fully equipped with everything you need for a stress-free self-catering holiday, including its own private toilet and shower facilities, a dedicated parking space for one car, and a private decking area with outdoor seating - ideal for soaking up those long summer evenings.

Useful Booking Information:
- Minimum Stays - We offer flexible 3-night minimum stays throughout most of the year, which changes to a 7-night minimum stay during the peak summer high season.
- Arrival Time - Your caravan will be clean, cosy and ready for you from 4.00pm.
- Departure Time - Check-out is by 10.00am.
- Visiting us outside of peak season? Just let us know if you need flexible check-in or check-out times and we will always do our best to accommodate you.
